I have been a member of Ourtime.com since 2014. Historically, I would only receive a few views of my profile in one 24-hour period perhaps 4, 6 or 10 views at the most. In late March of this year, immediately before my membership was about to expire, I suddenly received upwards of 91 views overnight! This was completely unprecedented & quite frankly, it smelled fishy to me. I then e-mailed Ourtime's customer service department to express my concern over what seemed to be an obvious case of deceptive &/or unethical practices in order to convince me to renew my membership. In the response I received, the customer service representative claimed there was nothing unusual going on & that this was perfectly normal. I responded, challenging this assertion, citing the unreasonably large number of views I received in less than 24 hours (as described above). I subsequently allowed my membership to expire while I attempted to sort this matter out with Ourtime's customer service people. Meanwhile, I updated my profile essay text to inform those who had attempted to contact me during this time that my membership was currently expired & was debating whether or not to renew, due to the issues I was having with Ourtime.com. I did this only as a courtesy to those attempting to contact me so they wouldnt feel I was ignoring them. The next day, I found this text had been deleted, so I re-entered it. Later that evening, I found that, once again, this amendment to my essay text had been deleted. So, I repeated this process once again, believing that I simply had not saved the changes correctly, but the next day found that all of my essays had been deleted in their entirety! I received no warning whatsoever that I should not have been including information about my membership status. I contacted Customer Service again, requiring an explanation as to why all of my essay(s) had been deleted. The response I then received stated that I may not include information regarding my membership status in my profile essay(s). I then cited the sizeable number of womens profiles on the site that do precisely that, yet their profiles remain unaltered & that I was clearly being targeted. The next response stated that, if I see other profiles with inappropriate information in them, I should report them to Ourtime. It also stated that, if I wanted my profile text restored, minus the text concerning my membership status, I would have to formally request it. Excuse me?!!? She actually made me supplicate myself in order to get my essay(s) restored! This is completely unacceptable & humiliating. Further, since Ourtimes customer service is, in effect, now requiring me to do their job for them by reporting profiles for this sort of thing, do they plan on compensating me for providing this service? I refuse to be treated in this way. In order to finish up a couple of conversations I was having with women on the site, I requested my profile text be restored & then renewed my membership on April 7 of this year. Given the overall unpleasantness of this experience & the fact that I was obviously targeted while others seem to get away with this sort of thing with impunity, it is highly likely that, when my membership expires on October 6 of this year, I will _not_ be renewing.

Signed up as a new unpaid member on "OurTime.com" and was thinking of becoming a paid number BUT had concerns about the "Automatic Renewal", so I called the 1-800 number of PeopleMedia who owns OurTime. A woman called Dida or Deda answered the phone, she barely speaks English and I asked her how to "pay online" BUT avoid the "automatic renewal"? She was rude to me, so I hung up. Next, I saw that she froze my account and did cause me trouble. Am so disappointed by all this.

I got locked out of their site after uploading a detailed profile and providing payment for a 1 month membership. Could not get their "forgot password" feature to send me anything at my email. I can only guess that they locked me out intentionally. They happily took my money within seconds, but will not reply to my attempts to contact or get a new password. I had checked 4 favs and downloaded photos of these men. Photo searches on Google showed that they were all FAKE profiles! I am disgusted. I sent an email to their service dept and put a stop payment on my Paypal for future payments, but I am out $33 for this venture. My guess is, they are using my profile as a semi-fake now. I plan to contact the BBB, as this is an obvious scam site.

Gender search was changed, submitted for spam, tried to recreate account was auto filled with a profile that was still wrong gender and false information, *** website

I have called my credit card issuer to dispute the charge for my one month subscription (by the way the surprise separate additional fee at sign up IRKed me more than a little). My experiences: pictures of myself that I could not upload. They disallowed several on "copyright" grounds and rather than quibble I left them out and tried just pix of me. They seemed to upload fine but when I checked my profile I could not pick a single one to appear as my primary. After hours of trying somehow I did enough stuff to somehow get it to work. HOURS I spent. Next thing is the disappearance of my profile copy. Poof!!! I don't care if I saved it elsewhere and could copy that for paste in. I shouldn't have to. Plus they don't allow it to appear until after it's vetted. Bottom line I want out because I want to meet ladies not suffer spending time remediating my profile. Finally, they keep sending me mail about having messages for reading and others with a gallery of ladies to look at. Just for a test I click on whatever and it sends me to their site. BUT the page served up to me by the click is buy a subscription page which would seem to indicate that I am no longer a subscriber. Great! Right? Well my credit card company says there's been no response from them regarding my dispute. And here's been no communication from them to me (direct or indirect) via email. They do have my email address after all. It's where they continue to send their "you have 4-5-6 new messages" to. Sheeeesh!!! What an, what a waste of time.

Bad vibes from the profiles,to my indications 80% are fake. Not following profile parameters i.e location restrictions. Should it be fixed or should the company be gone for such business practices? Gone !

This site actually fills in your 'a little about me' section if you don't fill it out. When I hid my profile and deleted that section content, when cancelling my paid subscription, they auto filled it. "I've always been an old soul. I enjoy my whiskey and my jazz. I love a good night of music and talking. Love classics and authenticity." This is all completely false and filled in by Ourtime without my permission or consent. It also portrays me as an alcoholic. I'm fairly certain this is illegal and is definitely slanderous at best. I will be forwarding this to Internet Fraud agencies as well as using all Social Media sites to spread the message.

I have been hacked again. Many profiles are canned. No security.

Why cant i get on the site after you pay and why dose it snapp all the time gees how $tupid it making me mad after paying for three months

None English speaking people repeat the same thing over and over and don't give real answers. I asked to speak with supervisor on was put on hold 20 minutes. Then instead of supervisor I get same rep who said the supervisor agreed with her! They wanted me to open a new account rewriting and uploading everything! Certainly not a way to keep customers. If you have had a prior legitimate membership issue ($$$) they throw that up at you although they were at fault.

Our time.com is a ripoff. I was a member for two weeks and resigned. And still today I get emails from women calming they are someone else. They have beautiful pictures they send and promises they are being truthful, then the question start. When you ask them to clearly identify them self's they get upset saying you must believe them. When you push them to identify who they really are they no longer want to talk to you. Their IP address are unidentifiable also as are there phone numbers they send to you. Stay away from this site it is just a scam and ripoff.
