With your help I did get into my account, but only after you told me how. HOWEVER, just after that the same thing happened, and I CANNOT for the life of me get in touch with anybody at OUR TIME. So until my time expires in two weeks, I have to stay logged in, or else I'll have to go thru the whole process again. I'm about the most dissatisfied customer they'll ever have. Not able to log in
I paid for a month a few days ago now I can't log in. I have gone every which way I know to log in. Change my password with no luck. Keeps saying invalid email or password. The phone numbers I have called won't even ring thru and I'm trying to email with no luck. Any suggestions??? Now I'm seeing people are having problems trying to cancel.

i have to add a different password every time i log in also it says that i have messages from members that i contacted, it has a little blue message icon that says ,read by recipient, but my inbox tells me i have messages, but i can never locate them, please advise or i want a full refund that i paid for!
