Scammer asking for money losing 28 million dollar contract
You cannot speak to a person. How can you let scammers onto the site?
That could be quite dangerous. Scammers are asking for money. After saying romantic things, they want money for a broken oil rig's 20 pipes or risk losing a contract of 28 million dollars. A man from Sweden has been in this country for 1 year and 2 months.
He sent pictures of himself, his mother, and grandchild. He claims to have been a widower for 4 and a half years.

They do not provide the services they say they do. This is a sad company. I would advise anybody to try it.

Paid and keeps me from getting messages and respinding
Cant resolve because no humans respond. Tried to get to a human being, impossible.

I cannot login and I just paid my money
Terrible site with fake profiles and profanity among the members.
The site never resolved on how to loin and payments subscription . Never solved the problem.
Lots of technical errors.
Many fake profile obtaining your personal information. There's not a phone number you may call to contact them about the issues.

Subscription cancelation. I’m getting phone messages from 3 different numbers & 3different names. I never gave out my phone number
I got scammed on this site last year. I thought I'd try the site again. The person who scammed me has been sending me messages that say, 'This is your new friend from our time.' I have never given out my phone number.

Resolved: Malfunction
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was fixed
I am able to read friends' messages but they cannot read mine, and they are upset because they think I am blocking them. I had a very upset person who got upset with me prior to this happening because I did not want to continue with our connection, and I explained it nicely but he would not take no for an answer.
Please help, because I do not want to lose my connections just because 1 or 2 men want revenge on me because I did not like them romantically. I am thinking maybe they reported me to get revenge, when I did not do anything wrong.

OurTime - Review in Dating category
There is a plethora of their own in-house profiles. OurTime does not even try to hide this fact.
They mention it in fine print in T&C that they have professionals animators who will chat with you and entertain you. I don't believe this BS. I came to the conclusion that pay-as-you-go dating sites are better. There are no so-called professionals in chats.
I like that I understand who I chat with and I can see this woman on video. When you first sign up for OurTime they set up auto pay without your consent.
They don't even let you know that they did it. Then they say it is your fault that you did not cancel it in time.

Resolved: Can not access anything on my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They resolved the tech issues after 3 complaints.
It got fixed, I continued my subscription. But I truly think it was the posting on your site that got results.
I have a specific problem.No access to my account. Therefore, no solutions to my problem.
There is a calagory for this in self guided help, but no help!
No personal customer service. May have to stop credit card payment, unless resolved ASAP.

Delete account
I just want to delete the account so I am not charged. I am being charged for a page I cannot use.
For an unknown reason, I was blocked from my own page! I am paying for it.
I can't change the password I forgot. I want my money back and I want to be helped by customer service in deleting my account!
