Last correspondence with OT below and no response from OT.
Good Morning, Recently Our Time ended my subscription/ membership.
It was and still is a frustrating experience for me, ending with an OT message saying they would not communicate further, FINAL
I was blocked due to what OT claimed to be an invalid phone number.
The number was and is valid.
After a number of messages, my account was fully back and available..
Briefly.
OT then sent a message the account had suspicious activity. No further explanation.
Blocked again.
I was informed someone would go through the steps to open a new account.
My preference was to not go through that whole process again. I had done nothing objectionable, nor suspicious in my opinion. There were a few potential members I preferred to communicate with, not lose contact.
The total block was back in place, I couldnt see or do anything.
I did request a refund as their service was not being provided.
Then I was informed OT would not respond further.
.. Final.
I will soon be 83. I am not sure about online protocol and what I could have done wrong.
All I wanted was to message with potentially interesting people.
If I have to go through the process of starting a new account, so be it.
Start fresh.
OT is controlling the situation. What did I do that was offensive?
And so I humbly appeal the help of OT to reinstate my paid membership.

User's recommendation: Research this unfriendly company before giving them your money. Ratings for OT are sub par. There are many other choices. Do some research first.
Horrible service Of anything to do with Internet
Service always seems to come to an end, and then weekends never worked right, always asking for more money and still cutting it off when I paid for six months at a time. Can't deal with this ever again.

Deserves zero stars
I never heard back from Ourtime, Ourtime is a joke.
I opened an account costing $60, then due to a background check, less than 3 hours later, the account got canceled, so they kept my money, and I'm out $60. And I did make a respectful request through an e mail requesting my money back, I never heard back.

Zero experience as per the app I didn't ever get on to the site to actually delete my account no one helped me with the password etc etc. As far as customer service and their bots AI and they're repeated response without any customer service absolutely freaking a nightmare a freaking *** nightmare now my personal info is out there for the world to see and I have no control over it.
This is the most disgusting ridiculous piece of garbage website I've ever interacted with.
And I do feel that I'm going to contact a social media attorney someone who does something with the reputation images information etc. I actually would rather spend my money that way and I plan on suing the *** out of a couple of these guys
0 still can't get into my account $168 emails later trying to call that customer service I don't even want to care I don't even want to talk here I'm so disgusted with them I signed up registered and made a profile. One day I did that when I attempted to log back in I've never been able to do that not once not even one time.
I have begged them for help. They don't care also I've seen other customers being abused and spammed and scammed by this site

I asked what specific 'fraudulent behavior' Michael exhibited, but your response was that you couldn't contact other members for me. I am still in contact with Michael, so I don't need you to contact him for me.
Not telling me what you consider fraudulent behavior doesn't sound like you really care about safety at all. The only reason I gave you 1 star was because I met Michael on your site. I asked you to delete my account, but you haven't. I don't want to know who's available or who sent me a message.

If you want to “humbly appeal to OT to reinstate my membership”, you shouldn’t start off saying you had to give them one star and it wasn’t deserved. On a consumer COMPLAINT site.
