Ourtime Disconnect
Despite being an up-to-date paid customer, I have lost all ability to log in to Ourtime. I can't log in despite having the correct email and password.
They have not responded despite multiple outreaches.

2 clients who have been texting me just sent a message that I can't see or their profile only gets a blank picture and no way to reply to their messages.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. wrote upmteen times finally after a long time they refunded me and let me make a new profile.
I was nothing but respectful to everyone I wrote to period. they refuse to restore it, they wont answer emails. I cant set up another account as they wont accept my phone number to verify any new account. I feel discriminated against for NO REASON.
I am 69 years old, I dont need this stress further their sister site match.com i really did have my account hacked. match never told me it was hacked and let me pay for a 30 days subscription never knowing my profile had been altered. They refuse to ever answer emails for almost a month so anyone viewing my profile thought I had almost nothing in it . So now they cancelled that account too as well as Ourtime with no justification.
I have already made complaint to federal trade comm and BBB . they need to restore my account and give me same rate I had prior or I will not cancel my complaints period I DID NOTHING WRONG PERIOD. Match was wrong not alerting me my profile had been altered . Ourtime was wrong to claim suspect activity without any example and I do not believe it was valid what so ever.
I think when match act was hacked they just cancelled ourtime as well. I was scammed in my opinion

I am retired. I like to stay active work out go out eat dinner and a movie or play or to a sporting event or a concert I like to dance and enjoy life also I like to go for walks go camping or just stay home.

I canceled my account, but I keep getting messages that I have no way of responding to. When I cancelled, I was immediately locked out of the account, even though I had several more months left.
I don't care about those months left; I just want out of Our Time. I better not get billed when my time is out, or I will be charging Our Time with fraud.

First, their plans are misleading since I believed I was enrolling for 1 month and charged for 6. Its impossible to contact them with issues since you only get a website address.
My preferences are not recognized and Im getting people way younger and at out of state locations that exceed my maximum 50 mile radius request. This service should be removed!!!

Cannot verify my account
Everything works with my login and password but when I try to verify my account with my phone number, nothing happens.

Can’t get any proper customer care.
My account is locked up and it won't let me put in the temporary password they gave me as I forgot my password. Not the first time I have been unable to access my account!

Your notifications will not connect to site
Somehow, OurTime is sending me likes and messages to my two email addresses. Only one connects to the site.
When I go directly to their site, only the messages and likes from the one email address notifications show. I have written to customer service and have not gotten a response.

sInce I posted complaint after many weeks, ourtime has credited my account and I was able to set up new account. it took umpteen notes, emails and complaints but finally it is resolved thanks
I can repeat your first two paragraphs. Same experience as yours.
No refund. They stated they will not message me further. I did nothing wrong. They claimed my phone number wasn’t verified and yet had accepted my membership and money with the same phone number.
Next a message with “good news”. I was reinstated . That lasted a short less than a day. More messages to and from them.
At that point I was told my account was removed due to suspicious activity. They offered a new account. That meant start from the beginning? I asked for a refund.
