I need to talk to a real person
Our time has the worst customer service. You cannot contact anyone.
I'm paying way too much and the site is not even working. I have literally thrown money out the window.

Resolved: Complaint
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Then in lonliness I went back on. This time my account was hacked. Likes and messages going out that were NOT from me. My pictures deleted. Someone else picture added. I sent an email to OurTime customer service (BS). They have never responded. A guy I was talking to got hacked too.
I sent another email to OurTime demanding a refund. Nothing.
This site the worst I have ever encountered. Stay awa! Find love in the grocery store or at church.
Ironically I gave my cell to 4 guys warning them of the *** now I am talking to them have been on one awesome date!.

Avoid at all costs! Ourtime was created for membership fees. Lots of outdated profiles are used to make it look like a big site
In fact the pool of genuine people is 10 times larger on J7dating.com
and other legit sites which are not membership-based. Once you have paid for your Ourtime membership computer bots lose their interest in you.
The number of messages you get daily decreases and soon everything stops. Its like a ghost town. Then they renew your membership automatically and life is good again.
But the problem is that talking to these bots leads to nothing. Its a giant waste of time and money every time your membership is renewed.

I have had issues trying to access my Our Time account and have reported it to the company and no response .
It's very simple. I try to log on to the Our Time website and receive an error message that there is a problem with my account.
Nothing specific, just a problem. I have attempted to contact the company, who was quick to take my subscription payment, but no service since then, no explanation, no assistance.
No phone number is listed that allows you to speak to a representative. Nothing.

I cannot get to my account. There is a different individual using my account. It isnt me in the photo but I cant get into my account so how are they getting to use my account and Im paying for it

Said I was blocked by our time
If you call there phone number they will tell you have to email them for the problem but it can take up to 48 hours to 72 hours before they get to you about your complaint. There is no customer service and a few of the people I spoke to dont know if youre real or fake.
I just paid the fee and then they blocked me so I cant get back on. So call the credit card people and filing a scam website. I really doubt they will contact me back.
If you want to find someone this is not the site to be on. Dont waste your time nor your money

SMS not arriving
Ive been trying to join for 2 weeks, but since I don't receive their SMS, I can't.
Answered their questions to best of my ability, but it's been about 10 years since my last use.
It's absurd.

Don’t trust this “company” with your bank details! It’s very risky. This pack of crooks will put multiple bogus charges on your account. No matter what they won’t remove your profile from their site

eight months ago, Im about to get married and guess what? I still cant make Ourtime support team remove my profile from their lame site!
Im convinced that they have been misusing it sending out computer generated messages and likes under my name and pictures. Please avoid this lame pile of junk, fellows!

I would like to cancel due to being tired of dating. The choices that Ourtime picks out are terrible.
I have also decided to go RVing, rather than remain stationary for a few years. To meet and get serious with anyone at this or any time in the near future would put this opportunity in jeopardy as I won't be in one place for long.

Problem still not resolved. Dilute indicated $1 charge. Credit card charged $51 which I will dispute.
I tried to get help for Black People Meet on 12/31. I thought the charge was $1, but my credit card reflected $51.
I will dispute this with my credit card. I spoke to a person but was unable to resolve the issue. Black People Meet has no live persons to speak to. I'm so frustrated!
There is still no resolution. I'm unable to use the Premium Subscription which I paid for on 12/31!
