I cannot see how to access my subscription. Also, I believe I accidently hit a stray key and extended my subscription time, which I did not intend to do.

Make accessing "My Subscription" in a prominent and transparent place. Don't do pop ups to extend the subscription that are all too easy to mess up.

Preferred solution: In addition to what I said before, PLEASE PROVIDE A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.

Didn’t want to continue membership

Charged me $90 without my permission. They think since they have your debit card information, they can just charge you to continue your membership. I had to place a stop payment on the debit, and hopefully, it works.

No change to my initial report.No word from them although I am informed they have read my problem.I joined and paid Out Time and in my opinion this is not the attitude a company should have with their paying customers.Our Time customer support is nil…. zero, nadaTheir solution to the problem was to end my paid subscription.They said they would have no further contact with me.Their word in regard to my problem is FINAL.The problem was something I did not create and yet I had no help from this company.Communication is the basis of the business of Our Time.Unfortunately Our Time does not communicate.They use form correspondence and block a situation they do not wish to address. No empathy or care to help out a customer from OT.It would not hurt their bottom line financially to reinstate an account that is paid.

Ten years ago I had a very positive subscription on OT.
The latest is very negative in my opinion. I have been locked out for an unverified phone number which was supplied Feb 2, 2025, has not changed and is now not recognized.

I requested OT call me on that number. Pretty simple request. No word. I'm am paying for a service that is not being fulfilled by OT.

No explanation as to why I can not log in to my account. Zero contact from an human other than fill out a form which I did.

It started with OT stating my phone # was unverified although my membership was valid.
I was totally blocked because they did not recognize my valid number.
Pre written messages were their reply. Numerous times.
Finally, after days they lifted the ban.

That was short lived, several hours later and I was locked out again.
More messages back and forth. Their directive was to fill out a ban appeal. I did.
Finally OT decision concerning my ban appeal arrived.
The account will remain banned, decision final. Suspicious activity.
Excuse me?

No other explanation?
No offer of a refund, just help to create a new account.
What happens to the few contacts made? I have no ability to communicate with them.
Our Time is about communicating with people.
Our Time should learn that by responding with a real person who has human communication skills.

Well, I’m trying to get a hold of somebody I pay for standard or $29 and then upgraded the premium for $45 and the $29 and drop off my phone number I put in and it says it’s the wrong one but it’s not

I explained my issue numerous and I get the same response which does not help me reset my password. I keep getting the same error that We cannot reset your password at this time. Please try again later" I want to cancel my subscription and I can't log in!!!

Thieves and liars

I, along with what looks like hundreds of others, am being stolen from by Ourtime. I cancelled my subscription in June and was charged $18.69 on 7/7, $22.50 on 7/11, and $22.50 on 7/25.

You cannot talk to anyone there. You just get the same old computer-generated crap. Is there a class action suit against them? If so, I would like to join it.

If not, those of us who are being stolen from need to file one.

Not being a lawyer, I have no idea how to do that. If someone out there knows how, please make the information public.

Can't communicate problem

no human contact, asked for credit card, like spam. I just paid and have had various issues. I should not be asked to pay more.

Help for friend

Cannot get friend signed up. Reach a point and it says the password is wrong.

Click reset password. Nothing comes through on her email. Already checked spam, trash, junk. Email provider says no problem.

Please help! We are not getting any younger!

Subscription information

No one ever answered the phone. I entered the code.

They told me it was gonna be recorded. The call was picked up and then dropped. They said it was 24 seven response. Ive worked with pissed customer in the past.

Im not pissed yet just unhappy. I want to sign up, but it doesnt look like Im going to if I dont get a response. This is what happens you go to cancel and they wont even answer the phone. now they wont even let me write anything further.

So Ill try to send this. They wont like my recommendation at this point.

They have refused to contact me in any way shape or form to resolve the issue of my account being hacked. I would never recommend our time for anyone.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The Corporate Official reinstated me. Don’t give up despite initial frustration.

A technical glitch prevented me from logging on. Pissedconsumer made valiant attempts to resolve the issue.

Ultimately, it rose to a corporate official who did resolve it. It is quite possible that Pissed Consumers efforts led my issue to that Corporate level.

My membership is now active. I genuinely thank Pissed Consumer for its efforts on my behalf.
