Can’t access people who want to talk, two acts under my name!
I had an acct, tried to access it couldnt so I tried a different email, didnt work . So I got a new acct, now both are getting responses but I cant have access to both, even though its my picture and phone number and name!

My account blocked four days
I entered my password incorrectly 4 times and my account has been blocked since last Friday. I called customer service, however, it's just a fake number.
I have also sent emails but nothing has changed, my account is still blocked. How long do I need to wait?

Resolved: I joined 8/22/24 and can't sign in
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally canceled my subscription and lost one month payment
Every time i hit the app logo it tells me to enter my phone no. and when i do it tells me its not in the profile

Want to cancel my subscription
Unfortunately, there are people who are using your site to catfish your customers, and I just happen to be one of them. I am utterly disgusted.
Luckily, I was smart enough to catch it right away, but anyway, I do not wish to waste one more second of my time with fake individuals.
I do understand that I don't believe you can do anything about it. I'm just saying, beware people, watch out for those scammers!

Our Time
Completed profile and uploaded payment information (yes they took my money). 5 hours later was locked out of my account. No known working phone numbers with agents to assist.

They bill you incorrectly!
I authorized 1 week of service on 9/13/24. On 9/20/24 I was billed for the month. It was unauthorized!

App locked up
Screens on the app were unable to be opened. I rebooted my phone, and that did nothing; I then deleted the app and reinstalled it, again without success.
I was less than impressed with this site before this happened, but this issue lessened my rating even further.
The site has far fewer subscribers than those who aren't subscribed and who can't read a message sent to them, nor can they contact a paying member. Profiles of people who live hundreds to thousands of miles away are sent as potential interests; people who violate a deal breaker category such as being a smoker when it's clearly marked as smoking being a disqualifying habit.

I no longer can access our time. I need reason and refund
I cannot access site. I feel.thqt many people onsite are.old customers and linger paid customers.
Therefore not many engaging customers.
It never used to be like this. Most of the people are out of state

Scam asking for money. He chooses you gives a sad story then wants money.
I cannot contact anyone. There is no one to get feedback about my experience.
Persson John Anderson wrote romantic stories. He said he works on an oil rig, it broke down, 20 pipes broke. He even sent videos working on the rig. All his money is tied up in this 28 million dollar contract.
Unless he fixes the rig he will lose the contract.
Now he needs money of course he will pay back. Scammers should not be allowed on the this site.
User's recommendation: Do not recommend, Persson John Anderson wrote romantic messages. Than all of a sudden his oil rig breaks involving 20 pipes. He will lose 28 million dollars. If he doesn’t fulfill his contract. Than it comes he asks for money, his is all tied up into the job. Such a scammer should not be on the site.
