I joined this site tonight. I paid for one month. Browsed and had some inquiries. Then went off the site When I decided to go back on I did not get the same place I joined. I realized I had browsed a month ago and that I as the profile that I was looking at. So I cancelled that one but cannot find the one I am a paid member .

hi.i canceled my subscription on ourtime site Novermber 30 and December 2 nd site have withdrawn from my card my money $71.58.i did use ourtime site.they did not warn if i did wrong.Please return my money,so as i can not to be on ourtime site.I am sick woman and unemployed.please resolve this problem.thanks

Too many fake and fraudulent members. Not a safe site..

Tried calling their customer service 800# it would automatically hang up. Thank you.

Since submitting payment I cannot log in. I cannot use the service in any way. I spoke to someone I reached on the telephone earlier this week but with no results. I didn't even get an email confirmation. I want cancel and get a refund.

I cannot login to my account still. I believe they are sending the reset information to the wrong email address. Which I may have mistakenly supplied to them. I have sent them emails to Our Time with no reply.

My account suspended for unknown reasons for nearly half of the membership while I have been hacked, approached by scam artists from 3rd world countries or unqualified ladies sent out of my area. w

Previous requests from customer care end up with no results, no improvement of quality ladies after extensive profile filled out. Prices were excessive producing nil results.

User's recommendation: Buyer beware, they want your money with little concern for delivery of why you signed up and paid their fees.

They are a fraudulent company.

DO NOT SEI signed on with Our Time expecting to receive responses from legitimate users from my area. What I received a lot of responses from were people from out of state who only wanted to communicate with me if I sent them my personal cell phone number or email. Some of them used the same scripts with different photos and from different locations. I called and enailed Our Time regarding this issue and told them to cancel my membership. What they did without my permission was to put my cc number on automatic renewal. I had to cancel my bank card number but the charge of $78.17 went through. I put through a fraudulent charge claim to my bank.
